Data Retention Policy

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, or as required by law (including the New York SHIELD Act's reasonable-safeguards standard and IRS record-keeping rules for financial documents). When a retention period ends, we either delete the record or anonymize it so it can no longer be linked to you.
Retention schedule

| Business profile, members, secure notes | Life of business account + 30 days | Ongoing IT and CRM services. |

Early deletion requests
You can request deletion of specific records at any time by emailing hello@rochesterconcierge.com. We will honor the request unless we're legally required to keep the record (for example, an invoice needed for tax purposes) or need it to defend a legal claim. In those cases we will tell you what we're retaining and why.
Backups
Backups roll forward on a 35-day schedule. Deleted records may persist in backups until the backup is overwritten, after which they are unrecoverable.
